| After studying film and video in Ireland's College of Marketing and Design, James worked with a leading Irish advertising photographer. He then assisted an international fashion photographer before pursuing his own career. He is now based in the Kildare countryside just outside Dublin, where his purpose-built north and south-facing studio takes advantage of Ireland's unique daylight. He specializes in fashion, interiors, portraits and travel photography, working with leading publications worldwide. His knowledge of locations both in Ireland and abroad is highly prized and includes tumbling Irish mansions and lost woodlands to ancient Sri Lankan temples and Mexican villas. He is currently working on images for three different books. |
